TRUCK GLASS REPAIR & REPLACEMENT IN BALTIMORE, MD
Trucks need a glass shop that understands DOT compliance and fleet downtime. We service commercial trucks, box trucks, tractor-trailers, sleeper cabs, and delivery fleets across the Baltimore metro — on-site, on your schedule.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
- DOT-compliant windshields for class 6–8 trucks.
- Sleeper cab side and rear windows.
- Fleet pricing and scheduling for multi-vehicle accounts.
- After-hours and weekend service available for fleets.
- On-site service at your yard, terminal, or job site.
CLASS 6–8 GLASS IS A DIFFERENT INSTALL
A tractor windshield is often a two-piece set in a rubber gasket rather than a single bonded pane, and on many cabs it comes out and goes back in from the outside with a locking strip rather than urethane. Sleeper side and rear panes add their own wrinkles — sliders, curtains, and interior trim that has to come off cleanly on a truck that has been on the road for 400,000 miles.
Height is the other factor. Working a windshield eight feet off the ground means proper staging and two techs, not a stepladder and hope. We come set up for it, which is why we can do a semi in a terminal lot instead of asking you to find a shop with a bay tall enough.
DOT COMPLIANCE AND GETTING THE TRUCK ROLLING
A crack in the driver's viewing area will fail a roadside inspection, and an out-of-service sticker costs far more than the glass. Federal rules are specific about damage in the swept area, so if a driver calls in with a spreading crack, treat it as a compliance clock rather than a cosmetic issue. We can usually get a truck back to legal the same day.
For carriers and owner-operators around the Baltimore terminals and the I-695 corridor, we service the truck where it sits — yard, terminal, warehouse dock, or job site — and schedule around loads, including nights and weekends for fleet accounts so the truck is legal before the next dispatch.
